We hereby want to inform our members that our business, which has formerly been acting as a one-man-business (Evgeny Anisiforov e.K.) will be transformed into a limited liability company (TurboAd GmbH). Turning our business into a limited liability company will bring more security to our users and customers, through the subscribed capital stock and applicable legal requirements. It goes without saying that the limited liability company is the legal successor of the individual company and will take over all current business relations and contracts. Nothing will change for our customers and members.
Please note that this process is solely a change in legal form. The owner and staff will remain the same and everything will continue as before.

<p>Könntet ihr dies mal bitte näher erläutern. Denn ich sehe da nicht mehr Sicherheit drin, sondern in der Regel eher weniger Sicherheit (außer für die GmbH). Ich will nichts unterstellen, vor allem da es eBesucher schon seit einer gefühlten Ewigkeit gibt und bisher es nur positive Entwicklung aus meiner Sicht her gab.</p>
<p>Daher wünsche ich mir, das ihr so was vielleicht mehr ausführt.</p>
