When I begin to surf, why there's no BTP I get.
always BT, 0BTP, 693/960 secs
I'm always restarting to surf but always 0 BTP..
Please help me to fix this.

Hey there and welcome! If you do not get to see websites of our advertisers, please check whether your surfbar/system is optimized for eBesucher.
In particular, please check the following:
- Use the eBesucher add-on for Firefox (allows you to see sites that open a framebreaker)
- Install Adobe Flash (allows you to visit websites that require Flash)
- Do not use a VPN, as many advertisers do not wish to target VPNs
- Check your settings in the members area and allow websites that open a sound file or display popups.
