I understand you now. I have just recently posted a similar explanation in another thread, have a look:
The Surfbar
(See: Members Area > Traffic Exchange > Surfbar)
You can use your personal surfbar and visit websites. For each website of our partners, you will receive points which you can invest into your own advertising or which you can turn into money.
You can send the link to your surfbar to as many of your friends as you want and thus considerably multiply your earnings.
