Hi! Can you please tell me what browser (browserversion) you are using? Please do also verify whether you are using software that blocks ads (AdBlocker, NoScript), as this will prevent the surfbar from starting.

i use browser chromium on linux Ubuntu 14.04
i'm not use addon ( AdBlocker, NoScript )
