Topic: adult website rejected over and over but why?

Hi i have a quick question when i am about to submit my site.
That have been rejected and i don't really no why.
When i am about to submit my sites ebesucher have guidelines and one of them caught my attention.
"Your site must not contain any illegal content (racism, violence, etc.). If your site contains adult content, it must comply with the German youth law. The page must contain a valid imprint."

"Adult entertainment includes any existing banner or popup ads on pages which contains adult content."
Now i have checked adult contain (since its a adult website).
Still my website gets rejected please admin get back to me and tell me what to change or do different.

I have translated the message and "fehlender Jugendschutz" appears to be equal to "lack of protection of minors".
How can i fix this in away that would allow my website to be accepted ? send all visitor to a landing page with a message and some stuf with a enter her button ?
*Side note if my website gets rejected why am i getting a message in another language then English ? why not respond with message based on domain i am logging in from etc .com = english .de = german.

Hey there and sorry for the delay!
A website that contains pornographic content can not be accepted that easily, as it is not in accordance with the German law and we are a company that is based in Germany. According to the current provisions, you would have to verify the age of a visitor before he accesses the website. A simple button that allows the visitor to confirm that he is 18 years or older is insufficient.
