Why do you want to use Firefox 4.0 ? This version has been released many years ago, it is outdated and therefore insecure. It is not recommended to use such an old version as it is a potential risk to the safety your computer.

Here, the add-on runs fine in the latest version of Firefox. We need more infos on this issue. What exactly is not working? Is the connection test successfull? What Operating System are you using? Please provide a detailed account of the incident so we can try and reproduce this.

Thanks in advance!

When I updated to Firefox 40.0, I can not click the icon "eBesucher add-on" on FireFox.
Also please ask for more, now I surf very slow, 1 hour only 100 to 230 points, I surf on 2 computers
Please see the picture to know more about the operating system and browser that I'm using as well as surfing speed that I get.
Tks.

The problem seems to be related with the signature of the add-on, we are working on it.

Things have returned to normal after the FF add-on confirmation. Either we must have a new update version for add-on. Either we must remove the add-on from FF
