Topic: Running Ebesucher on a Raspberry PI or Android tablet

Am I correct in thinking that running Ebesucher on a Raspberry PI will yield less profit than on a PC because the PI cannot handle Flash videos?

And am I also correct in thinking that running Ebesucher on an Android tablet is even less profitable because not only it cannot handle Flash but cannot handle framebreakers?

I would like to hear about this from Djoni, but also from fellow Ebesuchers if they are using alternative methods.

Thanks

The Raspberry PI 2 allows you to install a different OS than Raspbian. Thus, you can use Ubuntu in order to install the Flash player. I have not tried it out myself but in theory you should be able to optimize the Raspberry PI 2 and gain about as much points as on a normal pc.

As for Android, there are ways to install an archived version of the Flash Player on Android, I have tried it myself and it works fine.

Please do also advise our wiki for further infos on how to use the surfbar on an Android device:

Maybe someone else can shed some light on this.
