l have the same problem and l tried to download the add-on several times, and l have the same message as the person that started the question. my flash is activated. l have the latest firefox. l think the problem may be with the link you provide, maybe something is wrong with it?

I am not fluent in Italian, what does the message (Impossibile scaricare il componente...) say in English? What Operating System are you using?
