IP address probably banned or used more than once. Got this error too, please consider surfing from another IP address. Unfortunatelly eBesucher has some bad habits in terms of introducing a new rules that are not written anywhere.

Ok. Thank you for your response. I checked my internet and its fine, browser runs maximized so all websites are visible, I am also not using a proxy. Got a new IP but it is still banned?! Do you ban an IP or the whole subnet? Because banning a whole subnet because of one IP is a little strange considering it may not have been my fault at all and somebody else in the same subnet can cause my IP to be banned. Please advise. Thanks
