General Board Rules

1. Basic Rules
  • The eBesucher signup process comes along with an account on our message board. The Username and Password are the same as for the eBesucher members area.
  • It is strictly forbidden to sign up multiple accounts.
  • In case you are using graphical ads, your signature may not exceed the size of 500*100 pixel. In any case, your signature must not exceed 100 pixel in height. If your signature does not apply to the aforementioned rules, the eBesucher staff is allowed to modify or entirely delete your signature without further notice. Repeated violation of this rule can lead to a permanent ban.
2. Posting
  • The administration can not be hold liable for postings of its board members.
  • Watch out for correct spelling before posting.
  • Posting any kind of information that goes against our rules is strictly forbidden. Ignorance on your behalf does not protect you from your liability. If you are unsure whether your posting is in accordance with our rules, please contact the eBesucher staff.
  • Prohibited content:
    • Content that could violate the rights of third parties, particularly personal and proprietary rights.
    • Discriminating and offensive postings.
    • Adult and/or racist content and everything else that is not in accordance with the german law.
    • Pointless postings, multiposting and very brief contributions (smiley flooding).
  • We expect you to behave appropriately and friendly when joining a discussion.
  • Spam will not be tolerated. Advertising your own project or promoting referral links is only allowed in the respective threads.
  • Pushing your thread is not allowed. The eBesucher staff reserves the right to modify or delete such threads.

3. New Threads
  • Before starting a new thread, you must check whether the topic has not already been discussed (do also check other sections of the board).
  • The title has to be brief and factual. It should become clear where you want to go with the topic.
  • If there is no board section that applies to your thread, it has to be assigned to the “off topic” section.

4. Rules for the “Buy, sell and exchange points-” section
  1. eBesucher points may not be offered for purchase or sale. The transfer of points has to be free of any charge.
  2. Once the points have been successfully traded, the title of the thread has to be modified, the sign "[Closed]" has to be added to the title (do not delete the first thread).
  3. The trade has to be accomplised through the message board (wthin the thread). Using an instant messenger, private messages or any other way of communication is not allowed. However, you can use other ways of communication to hand out further information about the trade.
  4. Threads that have been closed will be archived (moved to another section on the board).
  5. It is not allowed to post links to third-party websites.
5. Rules for the Paid4 section
  • The following is probihited:
    • Inciting other members to change their IP.
    • Signing up multiple times at the same project.
    • Other tricks such as fake e-mails.
    • Anonymizing the name of a project.
    • Info threads: The actions have to take place on the board, are not allowed to refer to PN, Instant Messenger and external pages!
  • You are not allowed to open a thread if this is against the rules of site. Keep in mind: Signing up multiple times is considered a fraud and can entail a criminal prosecution. Assisting in such actions will also be penalized.
  • Further on, we will collaborate with the respective site owners in order to dissociate eBesucher from any criminal activity.

6. Rules for the downline section
  • Only one downline is allowed for each project. A downline will be considered inactive if no one has participated (signed up) during the last 30 days.
  • The project must provide a valid legal notice (imprint) which has to state the following information:
    • Complete address
    • Contact data (e-mail address, telephone number if possible)
    • Tax ID (if the site has a commercial background)
  • Only projects that come with a top level domain are accepted.
  • The title of the thread must be structured accordingly: Domain name / type of project / date (day/month/year). For example: eBesucher.com / Traffic Exchange / 05.08.2012
  • The following information have to be mentioned when starting a thread:
    • Name of the project
    • Amount of referral levels
    • Type of project
  • In addition, if the project pays out money, the following data must be stated:
    • Minimum payout
    • Payout rate
  • Promoting other traffic exchanges is not allowed.
  • Downlines to projects that have to be considered pyramid schemes, any kind of gambling sites and/or adult content are strictly forbidden.
  • A downline has to look as follows: The one who starts the thread posts his referral link. First user signs up through his link and posts his own referral link in return. If he can be confirmed as a referral (has to be posted in the thread), the downline can continue.
  • Posting rude comments or misbehaving in any form that goes against common courtesy. Such posts will be deleted by the eBesucher staff.

7. Rules for the Off topic section
  1. The Off topic section is to be used for any kind of topic that does not fit in any of the other board categories.
  2. Pointless postings will not be accepted, the following behavior is particularly forbidden:
    • Postings that consist of a single word
    • Spam and other postings that do not have any meaningful content
    • Endless board games
    • Advertisings threads (such as: “are you bored? Then click this link!”
8. The rules have to be respected
  1. Everyone who acts against the board rules will receive a warning in the respective thread or per private message. Anyone who repeatedly acts against the rules will be temporarily suspended.
  2. In exceptional cases, users can be permanently banned and their account deleted.
  3. Posts and topics that go against our rules, will be partially or entirely deleted.
