How does the keyword research work?

Finding the terms your audience actually searches for

With the Keyword Research we determine which search terms people really use when looking for what you offer. That is regularly something different from the words used on your own site: anyone who knows a product well describes it differently from someone searching for it for the first time.

How we go about it

  • Your starting point - we look at what your site is about and which terms it is already found for.
  • The competition - we check which terms your competitors rank for. That shows which topics have demand in your niche at all.
  • The gaps - terms with demand that nobody around you covers properly are the most interesting ones. Those are highlighted for you.

What you get

A sorted keyword list with a recommendation on which terms are worth tackling first. The sorting is not by search volume alone: a term ten large providers are fighting over is of little use to a young site, while a more specific term with fewer searches can be worth a great deal. The list therefore tells you not only what is being searched for, but where to start.

What you need to provide

When ordering we need the domain or project in question - the field sits right on the order line in the cart. The more precise your entry, the better the research fits: if only a particular section of your site is meant, give that address.

If you want several projects or several clearly separate topic areas researched, order the keyword research accordingly more than once.

Where can I buy the Keyword Research?

In the order process under Buy visitors. Start your order there; in step 2 you will find the item in the Services section.

Services in step 2 of the order process

What does the Keyword Research cost?

29.50 € including VAT, one-off. You can pay for it together with visitor points or other services in a single transaction.

What the research does not include

We supply the terms and the order to tackle them - writing the texts and implementing them on your site is up to you. A technical review of your website is not part of it either; that is what the SEO Report is for.
