The final month of 2016 comes to a close and like every year, we would like to take this opportunity to review the development of the eBesucher community.

Review

A lot has happened this year. eBesucher has been further developed and new features have been implemented, which has created new opportunities to users and advertisers alike. In addition, our developers have consistently optimized the portal, which leaves us well equipped for the years to come. Have a look at a chronological review of the most important events of the outgoing year:

• Format of Display And Advanced Visibility Test
  In order to allow all our advertisers to promote their campaign exclusively, the feature entire page, together with the advanced visibility test, are made available to all members

April

• Protection Against Framebreakers
  The dashboard verifies whether the surfbar has been interrupted by a site that loads a framebreaker. If so, it automatically restarts the surfbar.

Juin

• Visitor Session
  The visitor session allows you to advertise many different pages to the same visitor.

August

• Manage Advertising Campaigns Through The API
  The eBesucher API now allows you to remotely apply important settings of your advertisng campaign

September

• Surfbar Upgrade
  Irrespective of the used web browser and without the help of the eBesucher add-on, the surfbar can now display websites that load a framebreaker.

December

• New Design And Release of The IP-Suspension
  The eBesucher design now adheres to current web standards and the IP suspension has been released to all members

Outlook

Our team is currently developing a new advertising method, which allows you to target new visitors and to earn additional points. This new feature must be considered as one of the major updates of the past few years. The development is in its final stage and we are happy to announce that it will be released shortly.
