The 'table-top' exercise strengthens your entire body musculature and especially your back. Get to the quadrupeds position and first stretch one arm and the opposite leg and parallel to the ground. Make sure that your belly is tightened and avoid a hollow back. Remain in this position for 30 seconds and repeat the exercise for the other side.
