Stretching upper body

You start with the initial position where you have your feet shoulder-width apart. Cross your fingers and take your straight arms up beside your head. Now push your arms backwards and loosen your crossed fingers. Remain in this position for 20 seconds and repeat the exercise after a short break of 15 seconds.
