Leg exercise

You start with the initial position where you have your feet shoulder-width apart. Rest your left arm on a table or similar while you spread out your right leg sideward as high as possible. Make sure that you have a tightened and stable posture and only move your leg while doing this exercise. After 15 repetitions redo this exercise with the other leg.
