The US-American actress Angelina Jolie had a quite turbulent past: in her youth she cut herself with knives and tried all kinds of drugs according to her own statement. Meanwhile, she is an idol for many people. She adopted three kids with her husband Brad Pitt and is involved in particular with refugees. The decisive factor for the change of her lifestyle was the shooting of the movie Tomb Raider (2001) in Cambodia. By that time, she personally faced humanitarian problems for the first time. Since then she stands up for finding solutions for these issues.
