Galápagos Giant Tortoise

The Galápagos giant tortoise is native to the Galapagos Islands in the Pacific Ocean and can become over 150 years old. The remaining number of animals is currently estimated at 11,000 to 15,000. The Galápagos giant tortoise is therefore protected by the Washington conservative agreement.
