HTML5

HTML5 allows to display dynamic content, regardless of the underlying operating system and without requiring an external plugin. HTML5 is an open web standard and in some ways the successor to Adobe Flash, as Flash no longer releases updates for mobile devices and is notorious for being vulnerable to security leaks. HTML5 has been released in October 2014.
